Key Responsibilities

1、Conduct research on user project application requirements, and define specifications and formulate product solutions for relevant products.
2、Perform research and component selection based on user needs to determine appropriate products, and complete the design of system-level and overall technical/integration solutions.
3、Take the lead in communicating and reporting to the prime contractor, and organize internal project teams and collaborating partners to complete system development, integration testing, and system acceptance.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information, or related fields, with at least 3 years of system design and development experience.
2、Familiar with the system product development lifecycle, with strong hardware/software planning, analytical, and hands-on capabilities.
3、Preferred experience in communication systems, perception and obstacle avoidance (vision or radar), navigation, or embedded intelligent computing system development.
4、Ability to proficiently read English technical documentation.
5、Proactive work attitude and strong learning ability.

Key Responsibilities:

1、Design chip validation test boards, and assist chip design engineers with chip debugging and testing.
2、Develop, design, and debug hardware for chip application demo boards or prototype systems.
3、Support competitive benchmarking by analyzing competitors’ products in terms of functions, performance, and features, to provide inputs for detailed product specification definition.
4、Assist customers with chip evaluation and testing, providing timely technical guidance and support.
5、Develop customized finished and semi-finished products according to customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information, or related fields, with at least 2 years of embedded system hardware development experience.
2、Familiar with the hardware product development process, with strong electronic circuit analysis, hands-on, and hardware debugging skills.
3、Proficient in Cadence or other schematic design tools; experience in high-speed circuit design is preferred.
4、Experience with CPLD/FPGA development is preferred.
5、Ability to read English technical documentation proficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1、Design and debug infrared image processing algorithms, including both traditional algorithms and deep learning-based algorithms.
2、Perform algorithm quantization.
3、Develop algorithm C-models and write design documentation.
4、Develop calibration methods for infrared sensors and processing pipelines, and implement calibration tools.
5、(Optional) Perform RTL design for the algorithms, based on individual capability.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above, with hands-on experience in infrared image processing and computer vision development, and a solid understanding of algorithm principles.
2、Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (Caffe, PyTorch, MXNet, TensorFlow), with project experience in network training using the framework.
3、Expertise in programming languages such as Python, C/C++.
4、Familiarity with algorithm libraries such as OpenCV.

Key Responsibilities:

1、Collaborate with the front-end design team to plan and implement chip clock, reset, and power distribution layout.
2、Responsible for the full physical design flow from Netlist to GDSII, including place and route (P&R), formal verification, static timing analysis (STA), physical verification, power and power distribution network (PDN) analysis, and reliability checks.
3、Participate in chip backend design iterations, including performance analysis and power consumption analysis.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time, from 985/211 universities) in relevant majors. Must have backend physical implementation skills and be familiar with backend design flows and tools.
2、Hands-on experience in independently participating in and completing the full backend design flow.Strong team collaboration skills, clear logical thinking, and a reliable work ethic.
3、Majors in Microelectronics, Computer Science, Communications, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.
